Apple Natural Edge Bowl. This is one of my earliest pieces, turned from an ancient apple tree. Most of the wood in the piece is sapwood, so there is little color except in the foot of the bowl. A natural bark inclusion about half way down the side of the bowl traverses the wall, meaning this will never be a cereal bowl!
