Cutting Board. Made from maple and an unidentified tropical hardwood. I turn my cutting boards and shallow platters with a groove around the side of the board so that you can easily pick the piece up from a flat surface without having to slip your fingernails under the bottom or slide the whole thing off onto the floor. This board also has a groove around the top to catch any wayward juices from whatever you happen to be cutting. Stand not included.
