Macassar Ebony Bowl. This is principally a decorative bowl because of its size, but it could hold a few colorful polished stones or perhaps some rings. The photo doesn't do the grain justice; it's a lovely mix of dark chocolate brown and black. The form was inspired by the work of Lynne Yamaguchi, an Arizona based turner.
