Wild Cherry and Bubinga Bowl. My father cut this batch of cherry from a wild tree in Virginia, and it is all stunning wood. Some spalting had occurred, and dramatic color to the already terrific grain. To add even more appeal, I have turned a pedestal for this piece out of bubinga. This is truly a graceful bowl. Finished in walnut oil and wax. This would make a fine serving bowl, nut bowl, or small fruit bowl. Signed.
