Yellow Poinciana & Brass Bowl. Some of the most stunningly colored wood I've ever turned, and a nice density and smoothness that makes it a joy to hold. There were some small voids in the bowl that I filled with brass--just to gild the lily, I suppose. Salvaged from urban timber in Florida by Viable Lumber.

3 1/8" tall x 6 7/8" diameter. Sold.
